June 1st

Yesterday after I got home I was sitting with Vallerie and she held her nose and said "stinky". I had never seen that before so I asked Eddie if he taught it to her that day, and he said yes. Then he said "Vallerie, what is mommy's breath" and she held her nose and said "stinky" again. I was like. Gee, thanks Eddie! It was pretty cute though. She's also been saying "sorry" a lot. Even if she has nothing to be sorry for. She's a funny kid.

Eddie's sister and brother in law came over and got the exercise bike yesterday. They didn't stay too long though.

I went to the grocery store and got some dinner. Spaghetti YUM! Vallerie has not wanted to eat from her highchair tray, so the last few days we have been taking the tray off and pulling her up to the table to eat. She drops a lot more food, but that's ok. She's getting to be such a big girl.

After Vallerie had her bath and went to bed I started pricing clothes for the garage sale this weekend. It took me about 3 hours. I did all of Vallerie's stuff and all of Eddie's. Vallerie had about 3 diaper boxes full and Eddie had about 60 shirts. I am hoping we can sell most of it. If not, I am going to take Vallerie's clothes to Once Upon a Child, and Eddie's clothes (the name brand ones) to Plato's Closet. Whatever they don't want I'll either donate (Eddies) or keep (Valleries).

When I was finally done putting prices on clothes and folding them, I went in the bedroom and watched some more episodes of Drop Dead Diva. I think I am almost done with the season.

I was going to do some more work on the cards that I am making for my sisters friend, but it was late and I knew I would be upstairs for a while, so I decided to wait. I am hoping to have them done by Monday so I can mail them to her.

I'm pretty excited for this weekends garage sale. We're taking the stroller, so if Vallerie gets too fussy we can walk around and look at peoples stuff. Maybe someone has some good clothes for her! Eddie said we weren't going to buy anything. He's right, we shouldn't replace our junk with other peoples, but at the same time, you never know what kind of treasures you'll find. Maybe there'll be a Where's Goldie book!!
